A tasty chickpea, tomato and pea curry infused with indian spices

Tomato Purée (24%), Chick Peas (20%), Tomatoes (20%), Onion, Carrot, Green Beans, Peas (3%), Red Pepper, Rapeseed Oil, Spices, Coriander, Ginger Purée, Salt, Sugar, Garlic Purée, Ground Green Cardamom.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3 days.

Give the pouch a gentle shake.


Cut open the top where indicated. Heat for 2 min at full power (800W).
Leave to stand for 1 min, stir and serve.
Take care when removing from the microwave – handle with care.


Empty content of the pouch into a sauce pan. 
Simmer on medium heat for 2 mins, gently stirring often. 
Stir and serve.
Appliances will vary so adjust heating times accordingly.
