A blend of ginger, garlic and zesty lemon juice.

STORAGE INSTRUCTION

Store in the refrigerator after opening and use within two months. The product must not be consumed uncooked.

A Diced Chicken Tikka Salad Wrap
  1. Whisk together the Sharwood’s Tikka Paste, natural yoghurt, coriander leaves, and lemon juice.
  2. Coat the chicken evenly with the mixture. Cover and chill for a minimum of 30 minutes or preferably overnight.
  3. Grill for 8-10 minutes on each side until browned on the outside and cooked through.

Serve with the salad and mayonnaise in the wrap.  Can be served hot or cold.
