Korma Laced Halloumi & White Beans

A delicious vegetarian based meal, simmered in korma sauce.

Shopping list

  • 1 Tablespoon oil
  • 200g Halloumi, sliced
  • 400g White beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 jar Sharwood’s Korma Simmer Sauce
  • ½ Small red onion, finely sliced
  • 1 Red chilli, finely sliced
  • Lime wedges to serve
  • Natural yoghurt to serve
  • Coriander and mint leaves to serve

Instructions

    1. Heat oil in a frypan over medium heat.
    2. Add halloumi, brush with some of the Sharwood’s Korma Simmer Sauce. Cook for 2 mins each side until golden. Remove from pan.
    3. Add white beans, remaining Korma simmer sauce and cook for 4 mins until heated through. 
    4. Serve the halloumi with brown rice, korma beans. Garnish with onion, chili and limes.
