Creamy Coconut Korma
 
What you'll need for 2 people:
  • 300g of chicken or your favourite protein equivalent
  • 150g of uncooked rice and/or 2 medium naan breads
  • Sharwood's chutney to taste
  • Optional: A few toasted almonds, fresh coriander leaves and lemon.

Our Recipe Inspiration for 2
  1. Simply fry diced chicken breasts (300g) or your favourite protein equivalent in little oil until browned
  2. Add the sauce and simmer gently for 4-5 minutes or until all is cooked through.
  3. Serve with rice or naans and a spoonful of our delicious Sharwoods chutney.
  4. [Optional] - Sprinkle with coriander and toasted almonds then garnish with a lemon wedge.
