An aromatic blend of chilli, ginger and paprika.

Store in the refrigerator after opening and use within two months. The product must not be consumed uncooked.

Tandoori Chicken Breast
  1. Whisk together the Sharwood’s Tandoori Paste and the natural yoghurt.
  2. Coat the chicken evenly with the mixture.
  3. Cover and chill for a minimum of 30 minutes, or preferably overnight.
  4. To prepare the salad, mix together the leaves, tomatoes, and cucumber, and dress with the lemon juice and olive oil.
  5. Grill the chicken for 10-12 minutes on each side until browned on the outside and cooked through.
Serve with the salad and the lemon quarters.
