What you'll need for 2 people:
  • 300g of chicken or your favourite protein equivalent
  • 150g of uncooked rice and/or 2 medium naan breads
  • Sharwood's chutney to taste
  • Optional: Fresh coriander, yellow or green pepper and natural yoghurt.

Our recipe inspiration for 2
  1. Simply fry diced chicken breasts (300g) or your favourite protein equivalent in little oil until browned.
  2. Add the sauce and simmer gently for 4-5 minutes or until all is cooked through.
  3. Serve with rice or naans and a spoonful of our delicious Sharwood's chutney.
  4. Optional: Sprinkle with coriander, a few pepper slices and a spoonful of yoghurt.
Please ensure all food is thoroughly cooked before serving. Serves 2.
