Chicken Tikka Salad Wrap
What you'll need...
  • 100g Tikka paste
  • 100g natural yoghurt
  • coriander to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 600g diced chicken
  • salad leaves
  • mayonnaise
  • 4 medium wraps
Our Recipe Inspiration for 4 People:
  1. Whisk together the Sharwood's Tikka paste, natural yoghurt, coriander leaves, and lemon juice.
  2. Coat the chicken evenly with the mixture. Cover and chill for a minimum of 30 minutes or preferably overnight.
  3. Grill for 8-10 minutes on each side until browned on the outside and cooked through. Serve with salad and mayonnaise in the wrap.
