Butter Chicken Pizza

A new way to enjoy a classic, buttery chicken and naan bread is the perfect mix.

Shopping List

  • 1 Tablespoon oil
  • 500g Chicken thighs, sliced
  • 1 jar Sharwood’s Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce
  • 4 x Naan bread
  • 250g Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Natural yoghurt to serve
  • Mint leaves to serve
  • Sharwood’s Mango Chutney to serve


    1. Heat oil in a frypan over medium high heat, add chicken and cook for 4-5 mins each side until golden. 
    2. Pour in Sharwood’s Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce and cook for 8-10 mins, over medium low heat until cooked through, and reduced slightly. Slice chicken.
    3. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line two trays with baking paper. Place the naan bread on prepared trays and cook for 5 mins until crisp.
    4. Serve topped with chicken, cherry tomatoes, yoghurt, mint leaves and Sharwood’s Mango
