Creamy Chicken Coconut by @KingyEatz

A creamy chicken curry, created by Instagram's @KingEatz, that uses Sharwood's Creamy Coconut Korma simmer sauce from our new Spice Kitchen range.

Shopping List

  • 1 pouch of Sharwood’s Creamy Coconut Korma Simmer Sauce
  • 300g chicken thigh, cut into bite size pieces
  • 3 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
  • 2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 6 cherry tomatoes cut in halves
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Lemon
  • Coriander
  • Coconut shavings or toasted cashews


    1. Fry garlic and chicken in pan with oil until brown.
    2. Add 2 tsp turmeric and 2 tsp curry powder to chicken while frying.
    3. Add Sharwood’s Creamy Coconut Korma Simmer Sauce, lower heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
    4. Add in cherry tomatoes.
    5. Season with pinch of salt and sugar to taste.
    6. Squirt a wedge of lemon juice and stir well.
    7. Serve with side of roti or basmati rice.
    8. Garnish with toasted almonds/ cashews, coriander and desiccated coconut.
