Instructions
- Whisk together the Sharwood’s Tikka Paste, natural yoghurt, coriander leaves, and lemon juice.
- Coat the fish evenly with the marinade mixture.
- Cover and chill for a minimum of 30 minutes, or preferably overnight.
- To prepare the salad: Mix together the leaves, fennel, and zucchini and dress with the lemon juice and olive oil.
- Grill the fish for five minutes on each side until browned on the outside and cooked through
- Serve the fish with the salad.
