Korma Halloumi with White Beans

Halloumi, sliced

White beans, rinsed and drained

1 jar
Sharwood’s Korma Simmer Sauce

½
Small red onion, finely sliced
-
1
Red chilli, finely sliced

Lime wedges to serve

Natural yoghurt to serve

Coriander and mint leaves to serve
Instructions
- Heat oil in a frypan over medium heat.
- Add halloumi, brush with some of the Sharwood’s Korma Simmer Sauce. Cook for 2 mins each side until golden. Remove from pan.
- Add white beans, remaining Korma simmer sauce and cook for 4 mins until heated through.
- Serve the halloumi with brown rice, korma beans. Garnish with onion, chili and limes.
