Instructions
- Heat oil in a large frypan over medium high heat. Cook the lamb for 3 to 4 mins each side.
- Pour in the Sharwood’s Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce and cook for 6-8 mins, or until the lamb is cooked through, and sauce has reduced.
- Place the chops drizzled with sauce, rice, broccolini, and mint leaves onto plates.
- Serve with yoghurt and Sharwood’s Mango Chutney and Puppodums.
