Lamb Tikka

Great for those chilly autumn nights. Lamb cooked in Sharwood’s Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce complemented with greens.

Shopping List

  • 1 Tablespoon oil
  • 8 Lamb loin chops
  • 1 Jar Sharwood’s Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce
  • 1 Bunch broccolini, steamed
  • 2 Tablespoons picked mint
  • 250g Natural yoghurt
  • Sharwood’s Mango Chutney to serve
  • Sharwood’s Puppodums to serve
  • Steamed rice to serve


    1. Heat oil in a large frypan over medium high heat. Cook the lamb for 3 to 4 mins each side. 
    2. Pour in the Sharwood’s Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce and cook for 6-8 mins, or until the lamb is cooked through, and sauce has reduced. 
    3. Place the chops drizzled with sauce, rice, broccolini, and mint leaves onto plates. 
    4. Serve with yoghurt and Sharwood’s Mango Chutney and Puppodums.
