Mild Korma Chicken and Capsicum Kebabs

Grilled chicken pieces marinated in an authentic Indian spice paste with lemon juice and yoghurt.

Shopping List

  • 100g Sharwoods Korma paste
  • 100g Natural yogurt
  • 1 tbs coriander
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 600g diced chicken
  • 1 diced capsicum


    1. Whisk together the Sharwood’s korma paste, natural yoghurt, coriander leaves and lemon juice.
    2. Coat the chicken evenly with the marinade mixture
    3. Cover and chill for a minimum of 30 minutes or preferably overnight
    4. Soak skewers in water then, place the chicken and capsicum on skewers.
    5. Grill for 10 minutes on each side until browned on the outside and cooked through.
    6. Serve with salad and Poppadoms.
