Butter Chicken By HungryLitteTravellers

A light creamy curry, created by Instagram's @HungryLittleTravellers, using Sharwood's Butter Chicken simmer sauce.

Ingredients

1 Jar of Sharwood’s Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce
4 Chicken breasts, diced
Olive oil
Optional
½ Spanish onion, thinly sliced
Coriander
Greek Yoghurt

Instructions

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 180º C.

Step 2

In a small pot, simply fry diced chicken breasts in a little oil until cooked.

Step 3

Place the chicken on a small oven tray and add Sharwood’s Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce.

Step 4

Place in the oven for 15 – 20 minutes.

Step 5

Season with salt and pepper to taste, lemon juice optional.

Step 6

Ensure the food is fully cooked and piping hot throughout before serving.

Step 7

Optional to garnish with thinly sliced onion, Greek yoghurt and coriander.

Step 8

Serve with side of rice or naan bread and Sharwood’s Mango Chutney.
